TCS Group is a New Zealand based International Development company specialising in the design, manufacture, export and construction of a wide range of buildings projects throughout New Zealand the Pacific Region including projects  in PNG, Solomon Islands, French Polynesia, Samoa, Tonga, Fiji, Cook Islands, Kiribati and Tuvalu.

TCS has been designing, prefabricating and exporting since the early 1990s, with projects in many parts of the world including North Asia, Japan, Middle East, Hawaii and the greater Pacific.

Completed infrastructure projects for MFAT, DFAT, UNDP, WHO and Fred Hollows Foundation have demonstrated TCS experience to design, prefabricate and deliver complex projects in remote regions.

Our in-market business model combines operations with local companies throughout the Pacific region and involves training programs for local workers to build in country technical capacity in addition to providing high quality construction projects. 

Underpinning the TCS Group operations is our supply chain management system. This bar-coded tracking system allows us and our clients to track large volumes of building products from both our NZ warehouse and at our in-market operations. Products can be tracked  through the entire manufacturing and exporting supply chain  to the actual construction sites including remote Pacific Island locations.

This design, manufacture and construct business model has proven to be successful in our projects throughout the Pacific, Asia, UAE and USA.
